Red Cap Cards

I've made 12 new greeting cards for the fantastic Red Cap Cards, and they're finally here!  The cards have made their debut at the National Stationary Show and are now available on Red Cap's website.  I'll have a stock in my Etsy shop sometime soon, but for now you can read more and can get them here on Red Cap's website.

New York Times- Mother's Day

Here's a new illustration that appeared in the Sunday Review section of the New York Times on Mother's Day.  I was asked to make up some book covers for this beautifully written article about a mother/son book club.

market finds

Yesterday was the first local antique market of the season and boy, was it a good one.

I found these old watercolors for $8.00 and snatched them up.  Aren't they beautiful?  Fingers crossed that they'll be high quality and useful (doubtful). But if not, they're still a treasure. I might do a little painting this week and test them out.

I also brought home this wooden set of flat file drawers to hold supplies and paper.  I have one already, but I couldn't pass up another, especially since the other one is full to the brim with prints and original paintings.
