This new painting will be part of the "Fractured Fairy Tales" show at the Wonderful World of Animation Gallery in Culver City ( opening Saturday, July 7th). I chose to paint a scene of the Lost Boy's hideout, the Hangman's Tree. Peter Pan probably isn't a go-to fairytale, but I couldn't resist.
You can read more about the show here.

oh cool, I want to be there!
This is beautiful -- I love the colors you used in the illustration. It reminds me of my childhood treehouse :)
I started reading your blog a couple weeks ago, and I really admire your work. Good luck with your show!

Holy MOLY! I crazy dig your paintings! I just sent you a note on Etsy because I was blown away by your art and a friend of mine had favorited your fox painting. Make me a kids book- hehe?? :D I'm sure you've been asked to do one!!
I am a seller on Etsy too and do more selling than buying, but might be making a purchase soon! Fantastic work!
