I've been saving my palette papers as mementos. I don't know what I'll do with them, but sometimes they turn out too pretty to throw away. I seem to use a lot of green don't I?
they are beautiful! little abstract studies. they remind me a bit of the random dye collection scarves by martha mcquade. there is so much beauty in the process of art.
Really good looking, nice to use as part of a mulit media creation. Hvae a wonderful time using them! Oh, by the way I was given a magazine and in it I found one of your creations. That was a thrill.
I've done this too! I agree, sometimes I think the palette papers are their own works of art. They look great all in a group like this, though... I've peeled bits off in the past and then incorporated them in other pieces I was working on. Fun to mix these more organic shapes with the structured ones.
